Arrabiata is one of the all time favorite pasta sauces. For us, there is no greater combo than tomato, spices and pasta, and an Arrabiata sauce embodies just like that when paired with our plant-based Beyond Sausage that tastes just like meat.

In a large pot, bring salty water to a boil; add pasta and cook according to the instructions on the package.
In a large bowl, add whole tomatoes and crush with bare hands; set aside. Add oil to a large saucepan over medium heat. When it starts to simmer, add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook until fragrant, about 5 minutes.
Add the onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes. Add the sliced Beyond Sausages and cook for 3 minutes. Add crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper and brown sugar. Increase heat to medium-high and bring to a simmer. Cook for 8 minutes.
Remove from heat and add chopped basil; stir to combine. Drain pasta and add it to the sauce. Garnish with grated cheese and basil. Stir and serve!
