To securitize and access the right quality of raw material - G3 Santana variety of Potatoes, for processing of Allana French Fries, we have connected with farmers in North Gujarat districts such as Mehsana, Kadi and Banaskantha. We have appointed an aggregator who manages the contracts with Farmers. Over 500 farmers are engaged with the estimated land coverage of 2,000 acres. This will ensure the availability of 20,000 MT of harvest of Santana G3 variety tubers, a part of which is earmarked for production of Allana French Fries.
