Aloo bhujia cookie is a unique combination suitable for Indian palate. This cookie has a spicy taste, it has a combination of aloo bhujia chili powder giving it a unique texture and flavor.
Cream together sugar, Alfa Biscuit Vanaspati and milk powder until light and fluffy.
Dissolve salt in milk, add it to the batter and continue creaming.
Add the remaining ingredients including 125 grams aloo bhujia and mix until dough formation.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 7mm, brush with milk and sprinkle the remaining aloo bhujia.
Cut it into the desired shape and arrange on a baking tray evenly.
Bake at 160°C.
