The gooey cherry filling in this perfect puff pastry recipe is a must try for everyone.
Knead the dough and keep it for 30 minutes for resting.

Give one single and one book fold. Rest the laminated dough for 20 minutes.
Roll the dough and give it a single fold. Rest the dough for another 30 minutes and once rested, sheet the dough at 3 mm thickness.
Cut the dough, give it a desired shape and fill the cherry filling. Give a milk wash before baking, and bake it at 220°C for 20 to 25 minutes until light golden brown.
Glaze with Pristine Neutral Glaze.
