This super easy Chocolate Christmas Tree Puff is flaky, buttery, and filled with chocolate hazelnut. ! It's the perfect pretty holiday treat for you and your kids
Knead the dough and keep it for 30 minutes for resting.
Roll the dough and laminate it with Alfa Puff Margarine. Give one single and one book fold.
Rest the laminated dough for 20 minutes.
Roll the dough and give it a single fold. Rest the dough for another 30 minutes. Once rested, sheet the dough at 5 mm thickness.
Spread the chocolate-hazelnut and caster sugar, cut it into strips, use wooden skewers to build as shown in the picture.
Give milk wash before baking. Bake it at 220°C for 20 to 25 minutes until light golden brown, and garnish with the icing sugar!
