Method of Preparation

Step 1

Cut paneer in 2 inch length in finger shape.

Step 2

Make a slurry combining corn flour, refined flour, salt, pepper, red chili powder & water. Don’t make it too thick or too thin.

Step 3

On a plate take bread crumbs and add some salt, pepper & red chili powder.

Step 4

Take paneer fingers then dip it in slurry and fully coat it with breadcrumbs. Keep on a plate lined with butter paper. Cover it and keep it in a deep freezer for about 2 hours.

Step 5

After keeping it for 2 hours it will get frozen. Now deep fry the paneer fingers in extra light Olive oil for at least 3 minutes. It will be crispy from outside and soft from inside.

Step 6

After frying the paneer, put it on kitchen paper so that excess oil is soaked. Serve hot with tandoori dip or any dip. Garnished with chopped coriander.
