Osmania Cookie is a perfect companion along with a cup of Irani Chai. It has a perfect balance of sweet and salty taste which makes it unique from other biscuits.
Cream together sugar and Alfa Cookie Shortening until light and fluffy.
Dissolve vanilla essence in milk, add it to the batter and continue creaming.
Add the remaining ingredients & mix until dough formation. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 9mm.
Cut it in circular shape and arrange on a baking tray evenly and give milk bath to the biscuits in the tray.
Bake at 160°C.
